PURPOSE:To provide a device which polishes even narrow dent parts of a work while running an CONSTITUTION:A polishing device comprises a work holding device 1 to hold a work W; and a sanding processing machine 2 having an endless belt-form run and driven sanding belt 23. In the polishing processing device, the work holding device 1 is formed such that it is rotated and moved in a constant direction. Meanwhile, the sanding belt 23 is caused to approach and part from the work W and formed such that a contact direction is deflectable. The sanding belt 23 has a point-form running track set at a contact operation part. This constitution, since the sanding belt 23 has a set point-form running track, reasonable coping with the uneven surface of the work W is carried out and slide friction thereof is performed. |
