<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process for stable production of the electrostatic charge image developing toner having uniform compsn. of toner particles and good fixability without degradation in image densities. CONSTITUTION:The toner compsn. consisting of at least a resin, magnetic material and release agent is kneaded to satisfy the conditions 0.85T/Tf<=1.38, 1.65T/Tr<=2.75, 1.05T/Tsp<=1.28 where the kneading temp. of the kneading stage is defined as T, the softening point of the toner as Tsp, the barrel temp. of a fore stage 7 of a kneading machine as Tf and the barrel temp. of a post stage 8 as Tr in the process for production of the electrostatic charge image developing toner obtd. by mixing the toner compsn. mentioned above, then subjecting the molten mixture to melt kneading, pulverizing and classifying.</p> |
