<p>PURPOSE:To close a monitor window without generating a competing state even when the monitor time of each VP is different. CONSTITUTION:When a cell arrives, based on the VPI, the stored contents of a memory 12 are read out. Thus, the lapse of the time TD(0) and TD(1) from the opening of monitor windows 0 and 1 respectively is calculated based on monitor start time TS(0) and TS(1) and present time outputted from a common counter 13. The elapse of the time TD(0) and TD(1) is compared with monitor time T. Thus, each time the cell arrives, it is judged whether the monitor windows 0 and 1 are closed or not based on these compared results WIW(0) and WIW(1) and count flacts W(0) and W(1) showing whether the monitor windows 0 and 1 are opened or not.</p> |
