<p>PURPOSE:To confirm a document via a computer and to easily secure the approval of a person in charge by storing the passwords and the image data on seal impressions, signatures, etc., supplied from a confirmed information control terminal. CONSTITUTION:An approver terminal 7 displays the document stored in a document data storing part 51 of a data storing part 5 and inputs a password to stamp a seal on the displayed document. Then the terminal 7 inputs an instruction through a pointing device 8 to show a specific position of the document stored in the part 51 where the image data on the seal impressions, signatures, etc., stored in a storing part 21 when an input password is same as that registered in a confirming information storing part 21 of a confirming information control 2. Furthermore the terminal 7 displays the document stored in the part 51 on those image data on the seal impressions, the signatures, etc., stored in the part 21. Thus it is possible to easily confirm whether the relevant document was really approved by a person in charge or not.</p> |
