PURPOSE: To provide a high sensitivity by use of a single antibody as the result of the stage of immobilization and epitope liberation. CONSTITUTION: In an immunoassay of antigen or hapten, an antigen or hapten to be measured is brought into contact with an antibody immobilized to a solid phase to immunologically combine the antigen or hapten to the antibody, the antigen or hapten is immobilized to the solid phase by covalent bond, the epitope is liberated, a labeled antibody is thereafter brought into contact with the solid phase, and the immobilized labeled antibody amount is measured to estimate the concentration of the initial hapten or antigen. |
