PURPOSE:To industrially efficiently manufacture a molded form having a flow pattern by previously burying an air holding material in a recess formed on a mold surface of a side to be a rear surface of the form, then supplying thermosetting resin composition to the mold and heating, pressurizing and molding it. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 for a flat plate having a recess 2 is used. After an air holding material 3 is previously filled in the recess 2, thermosetting resin composition 4 is supplied into the mold 1, heated, pressurized and molded to obtain a molded form having a flow pattern 5. When the composition is fluidized on the recess 2 buried with the material 3 in the case of heating, pressurizing and molding, the air contained in the material 3 is moved to be spread in the composition 4. The air arrives at a surface part of a molded form 6 thereby to form a flow pattern 5 on the form 6. Thus, the form having a beautiful flow pattern can be efficiently manufactured. |
