MOVING BODY DISCRIMINATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To realize a moving body discrimination system enabling attainment of a wide range of communication, by a circuit construction of a relatively small scale, even when a reflector of a radio wave is present in the circumference of a transponder. CONSTITUTION:An interrogator 1 is provided with a generating means 2 of a signal modulating diffusion such as spectral diffusion and an output signal thereof is sent out from a transmission antenna 3. A transponder 4 receiving the radio wave of the signal is provided with an antenna 5 for the transponder and a data modulating means 7 which executes modulation in accordance with data of a data storage means 6. A reflected wave from the antenna 5 for the transponder subjected to data modulation in response to the radio wave is received by a reception antenna 8 of the interrogator 1, a signal obtained thereby and the signal from the diffusion modulating signal generating means 2 are mixed by a mixing means 9 and data are demodulated from an output signal of this means by a data demodulating means 10.
