PURPOSE:To provide a large scale solar cell module which can be manufactured at low cost while keeping high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A first electrode layer of conductive metal oxide, an amorphous semiconductor layer, a second electrode layer of metal, and at least one of a dielectric layer 6 or a sealing resin layer 7 having principal chain skeleton of polyisobuthylene are laminated sequentially on a trans parent substrate of tempered glass or laminated glass. |
