PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film useful for video tape, etc., having excellent glare protection, image property and drop-out characteristics by using particles having specific particle diameters and a monodisperse particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION:This oriented film comprises monodisperse particles A (preferably anatase type or rutile type titanium) having 0.1-1.0mum average particle diameters and 0.1-2.0 relative standarc deviation of particle diameter distribution and >=70% light transmittance at 800-1,000nm wavelength. |
