PURPOSE:To execute synchronizing type information exchange without furnishing a host computer and a server, etc., with a control program in respect of a synchronizing type information exchange system (group ware) and the manufacture of an information exchange device to be used in this system. CONSTITUTION:In the synchronizing type information exchange system S in which each of plural terminal equipments 1, 2, 3 connected to a network is provided with the information exchange device 10, 11, 12, and executes the information exchange in synchronism, the information exchange devices 10, 11, 12 are provided with group managing means 21, 31, 41 to manage group information such as the joining and leaving, etc., of a group member to execute the information exchange and group information holding means 20, 30, 42 to hold group management information. This synchronizing type information exchange system manages the group information in each terminal equipment 1, 2, 3, and the information exchange is executed directly between each terminal equipment 1, 2, 3 and another through the network 4. |
