<p>PURPOSE:To make an upper jaw denture with the proper dental occlusion face produced by a gypsum model. CONSTITUTION:An upper jaw gypsum model 7 is set on a base 1, whereon a clear press plate 23 is abutted and aligned to its center line and the reference level line model 7 and an alveolus top line is drawn on it, A nut 10 of pillars 8, 9 vertically standing on the base plate is adjusted to align the height of a double wall tube 13 which riding on it to each reference point, then the double wall tube 13 is extended to a required length and an impression material is laid on it to make an upper jaw mouth model by pushing down it to contact each double tube. The upper mouth model, the gypsum model 7 and raw gypsum are laid on the bite plane plate of a biting machine, the upper arch of the bite machine is descended to fix the gypsum model 7, then the upper jaw mouth model is removed to make a wax bed upper jaw denture with the height regulated by the bite plane plate in the shape to fit to the contact plate 23 on the gypsum model 7, and the wax part is substituted by resin to obtain a resin upper jaw denture.</p> |
