<p>PURPOSE:To generate both humidified nitrogen gas and oxygen gas by generating nitrogen gas by a bubble generating means underwater onto the water surface, feeding oxygen gas onto the water surface and by mixing both the nitrogen gas and oxygen gas with moisture in an atomized state. CONSTITUTION:Nitrogen gas-contg. bubbles are generated underwater from a bubble generating tube 11 and brought to the water surface, and water is jetted in an atomized state from a jet section 14 onto the bubbles and mixed with the nitrogen gas. Oxygen gas is then fed from an oxygen feeding blower 19 onto the water surface and mixed with water in an atomized state. The resultant both humidified nitrogen gas and oxygen gas are then delivered via an adjusting chamber 25.</p> |
