<p>PURPOSE:To provide an indicator integral type input device which does not generate a display failure, etc., even by writing pressure at the time of input, is excellent in mechanical strength, light in weight and inexpensive, and in which display screen and an input screen are formed integrally. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an LCD panel 24 on which an image is displayed, wiring substrates 26, 28 for applying an electric signal to this LCD panel 25, a transparent input tablet panel 22 which is installed roughly in parallel to the front of the LCD panel 24, and can read a surface coordinate position of one point on the surface by applying pressure to its one point, and a chassis 36 for supporting at least the LCD panel 24 and the input tablet panel 22, and the chassis 36 holds the LCD panel 24 and the input tablet panel 22 at a prescribed gap. In the part in which TAB of the LCD panel 24 and the wiring substrates 26, 28 is not formed, through-holes 34, 35 for passing through the surface and the reverse side are formed, and in the chassis 36, support pillars 38, 40 inserted through these through-holes 34, 35 are formed.</p> |
