<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color filter forming a high-precision fine pattern uniform in thickness on a substrate with good operability and having an excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:This color filter for forming a multicolor pattern is produce by repeating the process where a photosensitive film having a base film and a unicolored photosensitive resin layer 7 is stuck on a transparent substrate 5 so that the resin layer 7 is confronted with the substrate 5, the photosensitive resin is exposed to form a specified colored pattern, the base film is released and development is conducted. In this case, a substrate layer 6 consisting of a photosensitive resin composition contg. 0.1-30wt.% of the fine particles of a metal oxide is previously formed on the substrate 5 surface at a position corresponding to the colored pattern, and the colored pattern is formed on the substrate layer 6.</p> |
