PURPOSE:To provide a tackproof layer having a stable wrinkleproof effect and excellent preservable stability with high productivity. CONSTITUTION:This tackproof layer for photosensitive printing plates developable with an aq. processing liquid has >=0.010 to <=0.060 absorbance of absorption at 1140cm<-1> per 1mum thickness of the layer. This compsn. for forming the tackproof layer contains a crystallizing agent which is soluble in polyvinyl alcohol and water and has 120 to 240 deg.C b. p.
