PURPOSE:To provide a method capable of applying conductive paste to a hole formed in a ceramic green sheet, with high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic green sheet 11 is put on a breathing base board 15, and conductor paste 18 is spread on a carrier film 12 backing the ceramic green sheet 11. The conductive paste 18 is forcibly inserted in a hole 13 regulating a continuity part of a viahole of the ceramic green sheet 11 via a through hole 14 formed in the carrier film 12, by increasing the pressure in a pressure vessel 16. |
