摘要 The invention relates to a thermally-insulated container (1) for thermotransportation of goods, comprising a mechanically self-stable construction comprised of wall elements (2), a floor element (3) and a roof element (4), these elements having the form of sandwich structures comprising an intermediate insulating core (5) and an inner and outer backing sheet (6, 7) glued to respective sides of the core, wherein the sandwich elements (2, 3, 4) are intended to be mutually joined to form a continuous structure by joining the inner and outer backing sheets (7, 6) of one sandwich element to the corresponding inner and outer backing sheets (6, 7) of the other sandwich element, and wherein the core (5) of one sandwich element is intended to abut the core (5) of the other sandwich element so as to avoid the occurrence of cold bridges. The wall element (2) is provided in the region of its lower connection location with tightening or tensioning devices (14) which are spaced at regular intervals along the full length of the wall element (2) and which function to tension the inner and outer backing sheets (6, 7) of the wall element (2), by generating a pulling force between the backing sheets, wherein the tensioning devices are arranged so that no metallic contact will occur between the backing sheets, and wherein the tensioning devices enable elements (2, 3) which meet at the bottom edges of the container to be mutually joined in a load-bearing manner.
