PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of energy necessary for air-conditioning, by heating or cooling with the evaporation heat of a waterfall and the heated air from a waterfall at the peripheral wall of an underground structure and heat exchangers by means of a plurality of thermal sensors. CONSTITUTION:Water is poured into a waterfall 30 for air conditioning by the detection of a specified or higher temperature by thermal sensors 31 and the cooling air conducted through a heat exchanger is blown out to every floor through a first airduct. And, air heated in a heat exchanger is guided to the lowermost floor through ducts to let the air flow in a collecting opening and further, guided almost evenly to the upper floor structure positioned above it through a plurality of inflow openings. Air conditioning is finely controlled at every floor to reduce the necessary energy for air conditioning and practice a rational air conditioning corresponding to the features of the underground structure. Warm stagnant air at the nearby place of the ceiling of the lower floor is rationally utilized in the upper floor to reduce the energy necessary for the air heating. |
