PURPOSE:To improve a molding efficiency and reduce production cost by automation of molding. CONSTITUTION:The title molded product comprises a rigid resin portion 2 and a flexible resin portion 3 with which the rigid resin portion 2 is covered. The flexible resin portion 3 is applied so as to be extended up to the rear face side of the rigid resin portion 2 and cover disengagement-preventing recesses 7 formed thereon through slit parts 8. When the molded product having disengagement prevention made by the flexible resin portion 3 in such a manner, is manufactured, an advance position of slide pins for forming the disengagement-preventing recesses 7 in one of the molds is changed at the time of molding and at the time of forming. By this method, the disengagement- preventing recesses 7 and slit parts 8 are formed in the rigid resin portion 2 at the time of molding, and these disengagement-preventing recesses 7 can be filled with the flexible resin portion 3 at the time of forming. |
