PURPOSE:To enable a terminal other than a specific terminal to obtain remote diagnostic information simultaneously with a diagnosis of the specific terminal by copying diagnostic information by a diagnostic information output part and outputting it from an information setting part to the terminal as a request source other than the specific terminal at a request for the diagnostic information. CONSTITUTION:A terminal device 2 is connected to the diagnostic operation input part 12 and diagnostic information output part 15 of the remote diagnostic device 1 and terminal devices 3 and 4 are connected to the information setting part 11 so as to copy and output the remote diagnostic information outputted to the terminal device 2. At a copy request from the terminal device 3 or 4, the information setting part 15 copies and outputs the remote diagnostic information to the information setting part 11, which outputs remote diagnostic information 28 to the terminal device 3 or 4 as the copy request source. The diagnostic information output part 15 outputs remote diagnostic information 24 to the terminal device 2 at a request from a communication control part 14. |
