PURPOSE:To adjust the source voltage by a serial communication with an external writing device, to eliminate the need for soldering operation to shorten the assembly time, and to reduce cost by setting an adjusting voltage based on data in a nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:In a production line, a reference voltage is adjusted by writing the data for making the source voltage reach a prescribed value are written in the nonvolatile memory 8 from the external writing device 11 through a communication circuit while the source voltage is measured in the voltage adjusting process of a power circuit 13. A CPU 3 outputs the data to a DA converter 16, which outputs an analog output making the source reach the prescribed value to the power circuit 13. The data are written in the nonvolatile memory 8, so when the device is temporarily powered OFF and then powered ON again, the power circuit 13 can outputs the adjusted voltage. |
