The punching device mounted on the press, punches many kinds and small quantity of metallic or nonmetallic parts. The device has a shank (1) fixed on the ram section of the press, eccentric ring (3) on the edge of the shank, punch fixing device (2) for fixing or releasing the punch, punch guide section (8) having three grooves for adjusting the fixing direction; punch holder with a knob (4); die holder having die fixing device (14) linearly moved by eccentric shaft (16); left/right position adjusting device and front/rear position adjusting device having a stationary knob (21) for fixing the guide plate at the guide rail.
