The invention relates to a platform of a vehicle for transporting cars, which vehicle is provided with two platforms (2, 3) superimposed with the ends (8) of the lower platform which are provided with means (9) with the purpose of allowing the cars to drive from one transport vehicle to another temporarily, the means (9) consisting of movable ramps (9a). It is characterised in that the upper platform is split into several lengths and at least two lengths known as moving end lengths, each moving length being articulated about an axis (13) parallel to the axis of articulation of the ramps and situated at a certain distance from the end of the platform and of predetermined length. <IMAGE>
