The invention relates to disposable latex panties for protecting women against the risks of sexually transmitted diseases. These panties, cut out in the manner of a nappy, include three removable parts: the front (1) and the back (2) detaching from the latex moulded crotch region (3) with incorporated condom (4). For comfort, two protections, inner and outer (5 and 6) are placed on the crotch. The ends (7 and 8) of the crotch will be fixed to the ends (9 and 10) of the front and of the back by adhesive. These panties are folded round the waist (12) by adhesive fastening of lateral tabs (15 and 11). The curved shapes (13 and 14) correspond to the profiles of the front and back of the pelvis. The assembly is folded into discrete packaging and can be disposed of after use. The invention is used in the feminine hygiene and undergarment industry. <IMAGE>
