PURPOSE:To save a useless time attended with a hand-work by forming a unified criterion for expressing a building stereoscopically and using computer graphics according to the criterion. CONSTITUTION:Let a face formed by line segments 1, 2, 3 and 4 be a side face 5, let a face formed by line segments 1, 6, 7 and 8 be a side face 9, and let a face formed by line segments 4, 8, 10 and 11 be a side face 12. Furthermore, let a reference line 1 expressing a height of a building be a direction perpendicular to a horizontal line 13, and let the reduction ratio of the length of the line segments be the same as any of the line segments 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, 7, 8, 10, 11. Then let angles 14, 15 formed by the line segments 2, 6 and the line segments 4, 8 be 90 deg.. Straight line expression of a building or the like is facilitated by deciding the angles of the reference line and since roads and buildings are arranged neatly in the stereoscopic map expression of a city especially, a stereoscopic guide map in which relation of spatial positions is easily grasped is obtained. |
