<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the generation of pressure fluctuation and to reduce the generation of noises by forming the upper and lower edges of a housing in a semispherical shape, and joining tidal currents in contact with the upper and lower ends of the housing without disturbance at the rear part. CONSTITUTION:When the water stream cuased by the tidal current in the sea comes into contact with upper and lower end parts 11e and 11d of a housing 11, the stream is divided into two directions along the surfaces of the upper and lower end parts because the upper and lower end parts 11c and 11d have the semispherical shape. The streams join at the rear part without disturbance. Therefore, the disturbance of the water stream a at the rear part of the housing is suppressed to the minimum degree, and the pressure fluctuation is also suppressed to the minimum degree. Thus, the generation of noises can be minimized. When housing 11 is constituted of the cylindrical main body and the semispherical sponges, which are added to the upper edge and the lower edge of the main body, the sponges are crushed and can be housed at the time of housing. The housing assembling state is made small, and the housing property can be improved.</p> |
