PURPOSE:To relatively inexpensively obtain an apparatus efficiently producing an impregnating sheet necessary for the molding of a composite material consisting of a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber and also producing a thin impregnating sheet. CONSTITUTION:A base material sending-out and preheating part 4 is provided and a large number of pressure heating rolls consisting of metal rolls 5, 8, 9, 12 and rubber rolls 6, 7, 10, 11 are parallelly arranged so that the positions of the metal rolls and the rubber rolls are alternately arranged and sheet like conveyors 14, 15, 16 are respectively trained over upper side rolls and lower side rolls. |
