A manicuring transfer element is formed by laminating a substrate, a first resin layer, a pattern layer, a second resin layer, an adhesive layer and a parting sheet in the mentioned order. In order to manicure a nail by using this transfer element, the parting sheet is separated from the adhesive layer first, and the adhesive layer is brought into contact with a nail, a pressure being then applied to the pattern layer to be transferred, from the upper side of the substrate so as to transfer the pattern layer onto the nail via the adhesive layer. The substrate may be finally separated from the first resin layer. It is preferable to form the first and second resin layers out of epoxy resin, the pattern layer vinyl out of resin ink or epoxy resin ink, and the adhesive layer out of an acrylic adhesive. The pattern layer is preferably formed by a silk screen printing method.
|
