<p>PURPOSE:To enhance a preparation efficincy by applying a production order to sets set on the upstream side for lots on the downstream side in such an order that production start time for each lot is earlier or, in sepcified cases, production completion time is earlier, and cahnging production order when a part preceding time calculated according to a specified procedure for production order does not satisfy the setting preceding time. CONSTITUTION:An engine assembling order file (file) f3 is formed with sets of data on engine model code, unit number, AE (Assembly Engine) off time, AE-on data, AE-on time, etc., for each production lot set in an AF(Assembly Frame) assembling order file (file) f2. Then a production order is given to the sets in the file f3 in such an order that the production start time for a lot in the file f2 is earlier and, if the production start time is the same, it is given in such an order that the completion of production is earlier. Also the time at completion of production of parts used for each lot is calculated, a difference between that time and the lot production start time is obtained and, if a preset part preceding time is not satisfied, the production order is changed.</p> |
