VEHICLE DOOR ASSEMBLING METHOD AND ADJUSTMENT JIG USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To provide a door assembling method and an adjustment jig used therefor which facilitates adjustment of the position and inclination of the door window panel of a lifting module before the panel is assembled to an outer module. CONSTITUTION:A lifting module 3 is fitted to an adjustment jig 25 in advance, and the lifting module 3 is made to stand together with the adjustment jig 25 in an actual using state. The lifting state of a door window panel 12 is confirmed to carry out in advance the adjustment of the position and inclination of the door window panel 12 to a part 27 equivalent to a glass run with the adjustment jig 25 attached. The lifting module 12 where the position and the inclination of the door window panel 12 are adjusted with the adjustment jig 25 appropriately becomes the most appropriate state even when assembling is conducted to the actual outer module later, eliminating adjustment work. It is thus possible to reduce manhours of the whole assembling work for a door, and facilitate assembling work.
