PURPOSE:To improve a damping effect on idling vibration without worsening a damping effect on shake vibration so much. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 2 is coaxially arranged to the outer periphery of an inner cylinder 1 and a body rubber 3 is located between the inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2. A partition wall member is disposed in a recessed part 7 formed in the body rubber 3 to form a main liquid chamber 13. The partition member comprises a partition wall plate 8; and a thick rubber plate 9. An auxiliary liquid chamber 12 between a first diaphragm 6 and the partition wall plate 8 is partitioned into first and second auxiliary liquid chambers 10 and 11. An idle orifice 16 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the body rubber 3. Further, a through-hole being an orifice with a given diameter is formed in the top plate part of the partition wall plate 8.
