PURPOSE:To provide a new manufacturing method wherein manufacture is made easy to reduce a cost and quality of a product can be stabilized by a method wherein the whole body is integrally molded. CONSTITUTION:A core 1, and a plurality of cavity plates 2, 3 wherein respective inner faces are brought into contact with a peripheral side surface of the core 1 and in a closed mannet, fitted to each other, slid in a direction normal to an extracting direction of the core 1, and openly separated from each other, are provided. Many fine vertical grooves 4 for forming warps of a net like part on the peripheral side face of the core 1 are provided so that their direction conforms to the extracting direction. Then, many fine horizontal grooves 5 for forming fills of the net like part on inner surfaces of the cavity plates 2, 3, are provided normally to the vertical grooves 4 so as to interconnect intersecting points under a state wherein their inner surfaces are brought into contact with the peripheral side surface of the core 1. An injection molding metal mold is thus composed. The vertical groove 4 and the horizontal groove 5 of the metal mold is filled with a melt resin. After setting the resin, the metal mold is opened and the product is taken out. |
