<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of frost near an actuator valve and in an exhaust chamber by providing an actuator slide valve with a heat exchanger for flowing hot air, and a valve cup for pressure reduction and cooling of the exhausted air. CONSTITUTION: An outer chamber 53 approximately surrounds an exhaust chamber 56, and the exhaust chamber 56 is heated by circulating the comparatively hot inflow air in the outer chamber 53. By this heating process, the formation of frost in the exhaust chamber 56 can be prevented. An actuator valve 70 is formed by a heat exchanger made of metal, and conducts the heat to an exhaust passage zone. The compressed air guided into the actuator chamber 52 is comparatively hot in comparison with the exhaust air, so that the formation of frost can be prevented by conducting the heat from this air through a heat exchanger structure of the actuator valve 70.</p> |
