<p>PURPOSE:To transfer multiple colors by simple steps at a relatively low temperature by sequentially providing a decorating print layer, a thermosetting adhesive layer and a mold release agent layer on a base material having mold releasability and forming a transfer sheet useful for decorating transfer in the case of patterning potteries, glasses, etc. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is coated with mold release composition from above, an d the solvent is evaporated to form a mold release agent layer 3. Then, after a plurality of decorations are back-printed on the layer 3, it is emitted with UV, heated to be dried to cure resin component thereby to form decorating print layers 5, 7. Thereafter, the layer 7 is coated with a thermosetting adhesive composition, the solvent is volatilized, a mold release sheet 11 is laminated thereon thereby to form a thermosetting adhesive layer 9. In the case of using, the obtained transfer sheet is punched to form a necessary decorating pattern. The sheet 11 is peeled, the layer 9 is adhered to an element to be transferred, the material 1 is then peeled, the element is introduced into a heating furnace, the layer 9 is cured, and a decorating pattern is adhered to the element to be transferred.</p> |
