PURPOSE:To provide a method of continuous polymerization of polyurethane by using a high-melting chain extender which has been conventionally considered difficult to use. CONSTITUTION:In continuous polymerization of polyurethane, when polyurethane is synthesized by reacting a polyol having 1,000-5,000 number-average molecular weight with an organic diisocyanate and a chain extender having <=500 molecular weight substantially in the absence of a solvent, two liquids of a liquid of a prepolymer of the polyol and the diisocyanate and a slurry of the polyol and the chain extender are formed and these two liquids are continuously reacted. |
