摘要 PURPOSE:To keep always an amount of remaining parts in a bowl constant for stabilizing the ejection of the parts by counting respectively the number of parts supplied from a hopper to a feeder bowl and the number of parts ejected from the bowl and making vibrational excitation so as to keep the difference between both numbers constant. CONSTITUTION:When a vibrational exciter 5 is operated, parts 1' are fed from a hopper 4 to a feeder bowl 2. Then, a sensor 8 in the hopper outlet detects the part 1 fed into the feeder bowl 2 to send a pulse signal to a control unit 9. The part 1 fed into the feeder bowl 2 is moved on a track in the feeder bowl 2 by the vibration of the vibrational exciter 3 to be ejected to a chute 6. The part 1 ejected is detected by a sensor 7 so that a pulse signal may be inputted to the control unit 9. The control unit 9 counts respectively the number of parts ejected from the hopper 4 and the number of parts ejected from the bowl 2 to make ON/OFF control of the vibrational exciter 3 so that a difference between the count values becomes a constant value.
