The apparatus is for fixing the condenser microphone (1) on the handset body easily. The microphone is inserted into a microphone holder (40) composed of a keypad (33) and assembled on a PCB substrate (30). The keypad includes a conductive layer (32) operating with a switch contact (31). The microphone and PCB are connected through a wire (5). And a tap (3) of the microphone is soldered to the PCB directly.
