<p>PURPOSE:To stick a film continuously on a strip-shaped body by disposing laminate rolls having a pressing farce monitoring function on one side and having a pressing force function, by executing sticking on a coated part by a pressing force of a prescribed value and by executing it on a noncoated part of a base plate joining part by an increased pressing force. CONSTITUTION:A reel rotating shaft fixing frame 14 having a reel rotating shaft fixing frame profiling device 15 for a strip-shaped body 1 is disposed above the strip- shaped body 1, and two reel shafts 3a and 3b for supplying films are rotated around a reel rotating shaft 2 on this frame. For instance, the film from the reel shaft 3a is supplied between a laminate roll 10 and the strip-shaped body 1 via guide rolls 5a, 6, 7 and 8. The tail part of a preceding material of the strip-shaped body 1 and the head part of a following material thereof are uncoated and coats a1 and a2 are not formed thereon. Until a part A1 reaches laminate rolls 10 and 10', an elevation drive device 21 is driven so that the pressing force of the laminate roll 10' may meet a product acceptance area, and when the part A1 reaches them, the laminate roll 10' is raised so that the pressing force be increased, thus the pressing force being made large before an uncoated part A2 is reached.</p> |
