PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of a connection pipe when it is to be detached from a mold by integrally forming reinforcing ribs in the inner peripheral taper surface region of the connection pipe in an axial direction so as to project them toward the inner diameter of the connection pipe. CONSTITUTION: A holding part 22 protruding in an outer diameter direction is provided to the outer periphery of the opening part 20 of the connection pipe 16 of a molded header 10 and a taper surface 24 is provided to the inner periphery of the opening part of the connection pipe. In order to suppress the radial deformation of the connection pipe 16 to be generated at the time of detachment from a mold, reinforcing ribs 26 are integrally molded on the region of the taper surface 24 in the axial direction of the connection pipe 16 so as to be projected in the inner diameter direction of the connection pipe 16. When the connection pipe 16 is forcibly pulled out of a mold, the pull-out of the connection pipe becomes easy by the taper surface 24 and the deformation is generated in the taper surface 24 of the connection pipe 16 at the time of pull-out but prevented by the reinforcing ribs 26. |
