<p>PURPOSE: To perform a single supply without changing a desired sequence of a cartridge by it that a driving CPU communicates with a cartridge supply mechanism through a logic card interface and control the mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge supply mechanism 10 includes no dedicated micro processor, and all the operations of this supply mechanism are under the control of a driving device 20. Namely, the driving device CPU 80 communicates with a mechanism 10 through an interface of a logic card 81. This driving device CPU 80 controls not only the supply mechanism 10 but also a reading/writing head 82 of the driving device, and further controls a tape feed mechanism 84 of the driving device. This tape feed mechanism 84 controls the direction of the tape by winding the tape around the head. The driving device 80 controls a driving motor 72 of the mechanism 10, drives a LCD panel 24, receives an input from a control button 26, and controls a cartridge status indicator 30. Thus, a single supply can be performed without changing a desired sequence.</p> |
