<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the moving load at the times of a recording and a reproducing and to maintain the running stability at the time of a rewinding when a tape is moved by being wound around a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In this mechanism, the form of a guiding roller 22 positioned on the ejecting side of the cylinder and guiding a tape to the cylinder of a magnetic recording and reproducing device and winding the tape, is improved. That is, an upper flange 21b, a lower flange 21c and the guiding roller 22 are attached to a shaft 21a. The guiding roller 22 is formed with an outside cylinder 22a and an inside cylinder 22b and the outside cylinder 22a is made to be elastically deformed by a tape tension. In such a manner, when the tape 3 is moved at the time of the reproducing, the tape 3 does not become a lower-part tensive state with respect to the roller 22 and then a tape moving load is reduced. Also, when the tape 3 is moved at the time of the rewinding, the tape 3 becomes the lower-part tensive state with respect to the roller 22 and then the running of the tape is stabilized because the tape is moved abutting on the cylinder along the lead of the cylinder.</p> |
