<p>PURPOSE:To keep carrier resistance and electrifying quantity over a long time without deteriorating the productivity of a developer by using a carrier, which is made by filling a fluororesin with a binder into the recessed parts of a spongy porous IRON powder and coating the outer surface of the core material with a silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:This developer is composed of the carrier, which is made by filling the fluororesin with the binder into the recessed part of the porous shapeless iron powder having the recessed part on the surface and coating the outer surface of the core material with the silicone resin, and a toner. In this case, the shapeless iron powder having the recessed part on the surface and of the core material of the iron powder carrier is called the spongy iron powder and an iron ore reduced iron powder produced by reducing the iron ore, a mill scale reduced iron powder produced by reducing the mill scale, a spherical atomized iron powder obtained by discharging a molten steel from a narrow hole, cooling and powdering and the like are mentioned as the typical examples. And vinylidene chloride, trifluoroethylene and the like are mentioned as the fluororesin.</p> |
