<p>PURPOSE:To provide a monitor device which decides by itself the contents of a fault in a system including the terminal equipments such as a heat source unit, a heat dissipator, etc., and therefore properly decides whether a user should process the fault by himself at a monitoring center. CONSTITUTION:A heat source unit and a terminal equipment are always monitored. When a fault occurs, the contents of the faults are selectively sorted as described by a memory where a signal sorting/transmitting part 7 is previously contained. In regard of a fault that requires the expert skill, the contents of the fault are transformed into the telephone signals by a telephone signal transformer means 10 and a telephone signal communication means 11 and reported to a monitoring center through a telephone circuit. The simple contents are transformed into the radio signals by a radio signal transformer means 13 and a radio signal communication means 14 and shown by a display means 15 of the terminal equipment. Thus it is possible to quickly and properly deal with a system fault.</p> |
