PURPOSE:To judge existence of admixed microorganisms in a specimen by a simple method in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION:A specimen is anaerobically cultured in a sterilized brewed material adjusted to pH4.7-5.5 and turbidity is measured to provide a simple method for readily judging existence of admixed microorganisms in the specimen in a short period of time. |
