The invention pertains to the use of: I. a) one ore more components selected from the group of vegetable oils and vegetable fats, oleic acid or its derivatives, linoleic acid or its derivatives, and mixed di- or triglycerides or mixed phospholipids with two or more acids from the group made up of oleic acid, linoleic acid and fatty acids of the n-3 series or n-6 series, where preferably at least one of the acids is oleic acid or linoleic acid, and b) as needed, at least one animal fat or animal oil, and c) as needed, at least one fatty acid of the n-3 series or n-6 series or their respective derivatives; and II. individual active agents and combinations as per I., as needed in combination with one or more components selected from one or more of the following groups of d) trace elements, e) minerals, f) minerals, f) vitamins, g) amino acids, h) anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive agents, i) antipsoriatics, j) keratolytics and/or k) urea, for treatment and prophylaxis of inflammatory or immunological diseases, diabetes, alcoholism and wounds. |
