<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a radiation-sensitive composition providing a color filter composed of a picture image having high resolving power, excellent developing properties, high contrast and high chroma, comprising an acid group-containing resin, a quinonediazide compound, pigment and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises (A) an acid group-containing resin (e.g. benzyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid/styrene copolymer), (B) a quinonediazide compound (preferably 1,2-naphthoquinonediazido-4-sulfonic acid ester of 2,3,4-trihydroxybenzophenone), (C) pigment and (D) a solvent (preferably 2-heptane). The amount of the component B is 10-60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A, the amount of the component C is 20-500 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the components A and B and the amount of the component D is preferably 500-5,000 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.</p> |
