PURPOSE:To automate the production of a house by automating the external fitting treatment of an vulcanized hose to a molding mandrel and the pulling-out treatment of a vulcanized hose from the molding mandrel. CONSTITUTION:Five guide mandrels 13, 13 ... made possible to advance, retreat and reverse are integrally provided to an insertion device 3 so as to provide a definite interval between the mandrels in an up-and-down direction. Further, an arraying truck 1 having the same number of unvulcanized hoses 16a, l6a ...arrayed thereon in an up-and-down direction and a second pressing means 17 pressing the unvulcanized hoses at the same time to externally fitting them to the guide mandrels are provided. Furthermore, a first pressing means 15 pushing the unvulcanized hoses to five molding mandrels arranged in an up-and- down direction corresponding to the guide mandrels from the guide mandrels to externally fit them to the molding mandrels is provided to the guide mandrels and a centering means 18 is provided. |
