摘要 The present invention relates to a laser cutting machine with a cutting head (5) which can be positioned in the X-, Y- and Z-directions. The laser cutting machine contains a laser oscillator (16) in order to direct a beam (4) via a multiplicity of mirrors (17a-17e) to the cutting head (5) and onto a workpiece (6, 29) which is attached to a surface of a flat table (31) with lifting rollers or a retractable rotatable holder (49) in the table (31). The arrangements and the positions of the centres of gravity of the machine components (18, 21) are designed for optimum manoeuvrability and optimum equilibrium. The multiplicity of mirrors (17a-17e) comprise a first deflection mirror (17a), which is a circularly polarising mirror and the accuracy of which is adjustable, and a large number of following deflection mirrors (17b-17e) which are arranged to compensate for any phase displacement amounts ( DELTA PS DEG ). The following mirrors can be mirrors coated with ES or PS and can be realised with convex, concave, collimating mirrors and lenses etc., according to demand. <IMAGE>
