PURPOSE:To reduce an air-conditioning load and to enable efficient supply and exhaust of air by computing the quantity of outdoor air to be introduced, on the basis of an outdoor air temperature, a set temperature, an indoor temperature and an outlet temperature, in the case when the outdoor air temperature is between the set temperature of an air conditioner and the indoor temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control part 30 executes a control of supply and exhaust of air by execution by CPU 31 of a program stored in ROM 32, with RAM 33 made a working area. The control part 30 controls exhaust of the necessary minimum quantity of exhaust air by using an exhaust fan 17. In the case when an outdoor air temperature measured by an outdoor air temperature sensor 37 is between a set temperature of an air conditioner 21 and an indoor temperature measured by an indoor temperature sensor 36, the part computes the quantity of outdoor air to be introduced, on the basis of the outdoor air temperature, the set temperature, the indoor temperature and an outlet temperature measured by an outlet temperature sensor 38 of the air conditioner, so that the indoor temperature be made to reach the set temperature in the shortest time. Moreover, the outdoor air in the computed quantity is introduced into a cookroom by using a supply fan 19.
