<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the handling time of an operator of a system and to save the load of the system by generating an issue mode updating only validity term, which is different from a normal re-issuing processing at the time of reissuing an ID card so as to abbreviate the re-down load of data. CONSTITUTION:An ID card issuing device 1 judges whether the updating of only the validity term or not at the time of processing ID card re-issuing. In result, at the time of updating only the validity term, the ID card-issuing device issues the ID card C with the validity term as updating contents while keeping generation information as it is. The ID card is delivered by exchanging with the past ID card C. As the result of judgement, at the time of updating not only the validity term, The ID card issuing device 1 issues the ID card C in accordance with the updating +1 of generation information and also with another information updating so as to deliver it. When the generation information, etc., is updated, it is transmitted from the ID card issuing device 1 to a room entering/leaving control host 2 so as to be down-loaded from the room entering/leaving control host 2 to a detection terminal 3.</p> |
